Now a full building maintenance and custodial services provider, IQS was founded in 1998 as a cleaning company servicing local government buildings. We’ve grown to support many educational and industrial customers across Texas and Louisiana.
Although we pride ourselves in having strong local management to support every account, we benefit from centralized management of company functions such as safety, security, human resources, risk management, regulatory compliance, training, payroll, legal, insurance, purchasing and accounting. Centralized management of these programs reduces operating expense and provides better internal quality control.
